Strašně malý plat. 14000 Kč v hrubém je opravdu málo v dnešní době na práci ve výrobě.

Korektní firma snažící se vycházet vstříc zákazníkům. To má ovšem mnohdy vliv na žádanou spolupráci kolektivu zaměstnanců ovšem vyvolává to u zaměstnanců potíže.
Rozhodně lepší plánování výroby ve vztahu k požadavkům zákazníků a vlastním časovým možnostem výroby, tak aby zbýval čas i na prevenci a opravy strojů. Dále pak rozšíření výrobních a skladovacích prostor materiálu.

Zapálení pro výrobky a tah na branku - snaha o expanzí do celého světa, která se docela dari
Zlepšit by se měla ve vztahu ke svým zaměstnancům - v této firmě jsou hodinové výpovědi velice běžnou a častou záležitostí

Relativne dobre ohodnoceni za sikovnost. Cim vice umim, tim vice mam penez.
Pochybne nabirani zamestnancu bez vzdelani. Vetsina novacku stoji za starou belu. Nekteri nejsou manualne zrucni, nekteri nechapu zakladni logiku. Neproplacene prestavky v nepretrzitem provozu. Absurdne nizke mzdy na nejnizsich pozicich ve vyrobe. Staly nedostatek zamestnancu. Staly nedostatek zakazek na stroje. Prace o vikendech.

Firma poskytuje pružnou pracovní dobu a příspěvek na penzijní pojištění. Všechny ostatní benefity jsou spíše průměrné.
Bohužel není možnost dalšího vzdělání nebo rozšíření znalostí. Firma dle mého názoru nevychází plně vstříc nápadům nebo požadavkům ze strany zaměstnanců.

příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, příspěvek na stravování, možnost kariérního růstu
správné platové ohodnocení. nírůst mzdy každý rok
Opportunities for career advancement
Pokud ukážete pozitivní přístup a zájem o práci, lze dosáhnout zvyšování platu. V případě dobrých schopností a znalostí, jde si zajistit postup. Není nutná žádná odborná škola.
