Jedině chování HR mělo nějakou úroveň.
Projekt naprosto nepřipravený. V inzerátu stálo, že se budete starat o stávající zákazníky. Pozor! Není to pravda. V podstatě se jedná o velmi vychladlé kontakty. Na školení se dozvíte zajímavosti ze světa fotbalu, rybaření a střípky z rodinného života. Školení plné vaty a nesmyslů. Co se nestihne, dostanete za domácí úkol a řešte si to ve svém volnu. Ti co zajišťovali školení, tak někteří z nich mají absenci slušného chování a profesionality, bohužel jsou nedotknutelní. Když nastal problém, tak přímá nadřízená nezvedla ani telefon, aby s Vámi věc řešila, to samé Váš potenciální kolega, který Vás také měl zaučovat. Nikoho nezajímáte. Stálo mě to nervy, čas a peníze. Vezměte si poučení.

Je to německá firma se systémem a pravidly. Ačkoli je velká, tak pořád má lidský a rodinný přístup k zaměstnancům. S generálním ředitelem se dá dobře mluvit i když jste na té nejnižší pozici.

Perfektní přístup a spolupráce se všemi lidmi ve společnosti. Kolegové jsou vstřícní a vždy pomohou když je třeba. Velmi přátelský kolektiv.
Některé věci by se mohli řešit trošku rychleji, ale to je víceméně standardní v korporátních společnostech.
