Velmi zajímavý produkt, vlastní vývoj i obchod, přímý kontakt na zákazníky, strojírenská výroba s tradicí.
Rozšířit strukturu zákazníků, rychleji inovovat sortiment, zjednodušit výrobu a hýčkat si své zaměstnance. Vše ostatní jde samo.

Nejvíce si cením vstřícnosti, možnosti učit se nové věci a být tolerován a pochopen.
Interní komunikace, menší fluktuace lidi, větší benefity pro zaměstnance (stravenky, možnost volných vstupu na události, sickday,...)

Velke pozitivum je, ze firma ma vlastni a jedinecny produkt, zazemi s vlastnim vyvojem a vyrobou a vice nez 200 letou tradici. Mame skvely kolektiv, i kdyz se bohuzel najdou vyjimky. Vyhody: pruzna pracovni doba, 7,5 hodinova pracovni doba, moderni a ciste pracovni prostredi
