Platově je firma velký podprůměr. Vejít se do 8h pracovní doby ue téměř nemožné a přesčasy nejsou placené.

Občas kolegialita, občas každé oddělení samo za sebe. Home Office, ale každý vedoucí pracovník si 1-2 dny (podle oddělení) vysvětluje podle sebe (někdo pozitivně pro podřízeného, někdo negativně).
Dlouhé doby realizace nových firemních benefitů (cca. rok). Dlouhá doba pro zajištění nové pracovní pozice a schválení na HQ (cca. 2-3 roky). Obědy nic moc.

Nemám, co napsat, nic pozitivního nenalézám.
Změnit chování nadřízených vůči nováčkům a systém zaškolování. Musela jsem si sama říkat o práci.

Benefity by mohli byt lepsi, lepsi informovanost. Stavovani by se mohlo zlepsit. Dosah pracovnich pomucek by mohl byt lepsi.
