Dobré finanční ohodnocení Různé akce a výlety coby benefity Dobré pracovní prostředí

Benefit,y slušná mzda,prijemne chování person. oddělení
Víc zájmu od vedoucího. Ve velíně chyběla např. konvice na kafe nebo lednička.

Firma nabízí velký balíček benefitů, to se jen tak nevidí. Snaží se o zapojení všech zaměstnanců do různých projektů a aktivit.
Nic. Pokud potřebuji něco zlepšit, řeším to napřímo. Není to nic zásadního.

nadstandardní benefity většinou slušné chování otevřený vztah s nadřízeným
centralizace, z malé firmy se stává celosvětový gigant s tisíci zaměstnanci, proto někdy vázně komunikace a nevíte kde získat adekvátní informace

jsme velká, celosvětová firma s velmi dobrými výsledky, nestalo se že by výplata nepřišla v termínu

záleží na nadřízeném, já osobně mám v rámci své pozice volnost v rozhodování
