Výplata chodí včas, nízké nároky na zaměstnance. Henkel je obří korporát, kde si kolikrát nevšimnou, že jste měsíc nic neudělali..

Lidského přístupu, osobního jednání, respektu, práce s profesionály, velmi zajímavé akce s klienty v rámci pozice, důvěry, ohodnocení za dobře odvedenou práci a spousta zajimavých zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Henkel rozhodně doporučuji i z hlediska vzdělávání

Menší regiony pro obchodní zástupce, ale toto se odvíjí od firemní strategie a zisků, což nelze lépe definovat.
