Zajímavé benefity Náplň práce
Přístup nadřízených byl naprosto katastrofální. Celá Spořitelna se chvástá dny volna navíc, ale stejně ty dny nedostanete, když je potřebujete, takže "benefit" naprosto k ničemu. Nadřízená se tváří jako kamarádka a nakonec dostanete kudlu do zad. Neupřímní nadřízení. Není prostor k vůbec žádné domluvě.

Spolupráce s kolegy v týmu, firemní benefity, akce, které pro nás zaměstnavatel plánuje, komunikace s nadřízeným
Ojediněle nátlak, jen opravdu sem tam, jednou se mi stalo, že jsme s nadřízeným nebyli schopní se shodnout na určitém řešení dané situace
