Přístup kolegů i nadřízeného, férovost, komunikace na rovinu, naprostá flexibilita a absence mikromanagementu, možnost home office, přizpůsobení pracovního režimu soukromým potřebám a skloubení práce s rodinným životem (s malými dětmi, dojížděním mimo Prahu, možnost spolupráce při MD...). Dále luxusní kanceláře, uvolněná atmosféra, možnost cestovat služebně do zahraničí.

Vzdálenost od bydliště (což je subjektivní), pracujeme na rozšíření týmu.

Freedom and independence

Flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost home office, důraz na vlastní odpovědnost a vlastní organizaci času, ohled na work-life balance, vše je na domluvě. Bere se v potaz vlastní názor a pohled na věc, cílem je fajn atmosféra a celková spokojenost.
