bohužel nic
neadekvátně nízké mzdy, špatně vybavená auta pro pracovníky v terénu, nedůvěra podpořená kontrolingem a monitoringem PC atd.

Kolegové a nadřízený netají žádné know-how. naopak se snaží o vše podělit a naučit co je třeba.
Nízký plat, rizikové prostředí (výjezdy, vysoké napětí)
Security and stability
V případě, že alespoň tušíte o čem je řeč, nemusíte se vůbec ničeho obávat. Spolupráce mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem je "běh na dlouhou trať. Pokud tu skončíte, bude to především vaše volba.
