Možná tak že mi zaplatili svářečské kurzy, a občas nějaká ta prémie navíc
Prostředí ve kterém dělníci dělají, platy a hlavně chování některých vedoucích k podřízeným zaměstnancům.

Ničeho rád že jsem odsud pryč, buzerovat lidi skoro zadarmo to by téhle firmě šlo.
Přístup k lidem a větší mzdy.
