Rodinné prostředí, vztahy s kolegy a celkové atmosféry. Zajímáme se o sebe, staráme se a držíme při sobě. Rozvíjíme se, motivujeme se a užíváme si spoustu zábavy.
Trochu finanční oblast. Jinak vůbec nic.

Našel jsem smysl svojí pracovní existence.
Víc času trávit s kolegy, pomáhat jim a podporovat je.

Přístupu všech kolegů. Vždy se snaží pomoci. Není problém si po domluvě zařídit i něco osobního. Příjemné pracovní prostředí.

Hlavně toho, že dělá smysluplnou práci, která přináší nejen zisk Univerzitě jako takové, ale zároveň přináší i zisk i klientům a tím pádem se jim i investice do vzdělání u nás vrátí a co víc, ještě se otočí v zisk. Což nemůže říct každý. Já si osobně i vážím toho, že to pro mě byla velká příležitost, která mi byla nabídnuta.
Změnit asi nic moc, procesy jsou nastaveny dobře, lidé kteří zde pracují tak znají své kompetence a v rámci těch se pohybují a důležité je, že spolu navzájem komunikují. Jedinou nevýhodou možná je, že jsou dávány šibeniční termíny a často není stanoven rozpočet na tu či onu činnost. Jde o to, že pak zodpovědná osoba má odrazový můstek a je schopná vyhodnotit, jestli je daná nabídka drahá nebo ne, nebo v jakých mezích se při poptávání má pohybovat.
