Etnetera je podle mě celkem snovým místem pro lidi, kteří hledají stabilní firmu, která už pracuje na top zakázkách, ale kde se ani po letech nevytratil selský rozum, humor, punkový srdce a kde se lidi neberou zbytečně vážně.
Filosofie svobody v práci, na které je Etnetera postavena, není pro každého. Kdo hledá spíše zaměstnavatele s pevně nastavenými procesy a nadřízené, kteří ho budou detailně managovat a úkolovat, může se tu ve finále utrápit.
