Etnetera mi dává možnost dělat věci nejlépe, jak dovedu. Mám prostor dělat věci po svém, zkoušet nové postupy a učit se z chyb. Líbí se mi, že na náboru nových lidí se podíli a celý tým.

Pracovní prostředí. Ve většině případů si vycházíme vstříc
Směřování firmy by mohlo být lepší. Celkově mi přijde, že firma trochu zaspala a teď doháníme konkurenci. Není daleko, ale náskok má.

Oceňuji důvěru, kterou do mě kolegové vkládají již v prvních dnech. On-boardingový proces proběhl hladce a bez zbytečných vrásek na čele. Moc se mi líbí i možnost rozvoje. Zejména hledání zlepšeních mých skills, které mě samotnou zajímají. Je zde velmi zajimavá firemní kultura, rozhodně to není pro každého :)
Pro někoho pozitivum pro někoho právě zmíněné negativum. Panuje zde velmi rozvolněná firemní kultura, která může/nemusí každého oslovit. Ostatně vždycky je to o jedinci.

Oceňuji příjemnou a přátelskou atmosféru v týmu i firmě. Nadřízení nemotivují pouze plytkými lichotkami... váží si práce, které dělám a upřímně jí přikládají váhu. Respektují chyby, které dělám a bez známek nadřazenosti mi ukazují cestu ke zlepšení.

možnost remote spolupráce flexibilní pracovní doba dog friendly office přístup nadřízených
- žádná pořádná knowledge base, všechno se řeší na chatu - spousta věcí není nikde napsaná, takže si člověk připadá trochu jako detektiv, když potřebuje něco zjistit a za měsíc to stejně může být jinak, aniž někdo něco řekl - ze začátku strašné problémy s přístupy pro IČaře do jakéhokoliv systému
