Změny zpracovávané velmi pomalu nebo vůbec, hodně slabá flexibilita, některé vedení není otevřené změnám. Slabší finanční benefity.

Cením si hlavně kolegiality a vstřícného přístupu nadřízených. Je to souhrn vesměs kladných zkušeností a těžko mohu být konkrétnější. Nejdůležitější je pro mne asi slušné platové ohodnocení ,slušnost a firemní benefity

Vždy je co zlepšovat.Konkrétní věci bych ale raději řešil s konkrétními lidmi.

Je to pro mě nová zkušenost. Ve výrobní firmě jsem nikdy nedělala. Kolegové jsou fajn, nejsou tu žádné podrazy.
