Platy v SAPELI jsou vpodstatě tabulkové. Na dané pozici je určený plat +- minimální osobní ohodnocení, nezohlednují výkony, znalosti a dovednosti. Ideální pro ty méně zdatné, nebo finančně zajištěné. Ti schopnější co musí zajistit např. rodinu dlouho nevydrží... :-(
