Přístup k lidem ze strany managementu. Pro operátory pořádané výlety,slušná mzda, stravování zdarma..
Vláda jednoho muže. Neváží si personálu. Personál má sice velice dobré podmínky,ale zaměstnavatel dává jasně najevo,že je každý nahraditelný a proto tam panuje velká nejistota.
