Pracovní doba, v týdnu odpracované jen 4 dny, placené přesčasy, za svátky 100%, různé soutěže pro zaměstnance.

Team ( kolegové ) byli super.
Nelidské normy.
Order and rules
Proč? Dané určité normy, daný čas pauz (přestávek) a co člověk smí a nesmí dělat během pracovní doby. Vše hlídané. - Ideální pro člověka, který je schopen vyjít vstříc všemu, co po něm zaměstnavatel žádá.
Flexible working hours
Z důvodu prodloužených směn a přesčasů během letní/zimní špičky. Během špiček se může stát, že zaměstnanec musí do práce 5 dní v týdnu několikrát do měsíce. Taktéž, že díky špičkám můžou nastat prodloužené směny (12h) a s dojížděním z větší dálky je to o dost více času, než jen 12 hodin.

s pracovní dobou,obsahem práce
odměny za splnění plánu jako celek směny a ne na jednotlivce.takže flákači se vezli s ostatními a obráceně
