A very nice and friendly environment, with a strong emphasis on company culture and employee satisfaction. The employer offers good salary conditions and benefits. I am given enough space from the employer to implement my own suggestions for solutions for certain work tasks - it is not a directive approach, in the sense of "this is how it will be and thats it". Emphasis on employee development and resources tailored to this.

Velice milé a přátelské prostředí, kde není důraz na firemní kulturu a spokojenost zaměstnanců, pouze "na oko", jako tomu bývá u jiných firem. Zaměstnavatel nabízí kvalitní platové podmínky a benefity. Dostatečný prostor pro realizaci vlastních návrhů řešení u určitých pracovních úkonů - nejedná se o direktivní přístup, ve smyslu "takto to bude a tečka. Důraz kladený na rozvoj zaměstnance a tomu uzpůsobené prostředky.

Úžasný kolektiv přátelských lidí, kterých se lze na cokoliv zeptat. Výborné benefity, především možnost práce z domova. Férové ocenění.

Firma, která má zápal, která chce růst, rozvíjet se, mít kolem sebe profesionální tým, ale zároveň má lidský přístup. Velkým přínosem je hybridní model práce částečně z domova a částečně z kanceláře. Je to firma, která vkládá velkou důvěru ve své zaměstnance, vzdělává je a dává jim prostor pro profesní i osobní rozvoj.

Máme tu kurzy jazyků, rozvojové profesionální a osobnostní. Firma inovuje a transformuje se. Jde dopředu.
Security and stability
Jistota solidní firmy a dlouhodobého zaměstnání, ale nechci budit dojem, že to je vhodné pro lidi, kteří si chtějí v práci odsedět od -do a víc je zajímat nebude, snad se nám tyto lidé vyhnou.. :) Pracují zde kolegové se zájmem a zápalem :)
