Neustále nové příležitosti a výzvy, často pracujeme na projektech, které jsou ve své podstatě něčím novým. Líbí se mi, že dokážeme skloubit zkušenosti z dvacetileté (nebo už více?) historie ale i potenciál k vývoji nových řešení. Zaměstnavatel klade velký důraz na soukromí a zdraví, nikdy nebyl problém "zařídit si rodinné věci, nebo si vzít pár dní sickdays" máme pitný režim zdarma včetně super kávy, minerálek, čajů atd...
každá práce, každý kolektiv má "něco"

Protože prostě nabízí pružnou prac. dobu, jinde to třeba není obvyklé. Je to hodně o dohodě s šéfem. navíc v obchodním oddělení se na pracovní dobu moc nehraje - důležité jsou výsledky

Rozhodnutí a procesy směřují k čím dál rychlejšímu rozvoji firmy. Nikdy ne na úkor zaměstnanců, o které se dobře starají a kteří dostávají velký prostor pro svůj profesní růst.

Šéf v 1. řadě myslí na pohodlí zaměstnance a pak očekává výsledky
Vnitrofiremní boje či žabomyší "Války", ale pracujeme na jejich minimalizaci...
