Možnost pracovního rozvoje. Přátelskou atmosféru napříč celou firmou. Zajímavou pracovní náplň a pravidelnou informovanost, jak se firmě daří a co se v ní děje.

Není problém říkat i negativní věci. Názor se cení, nic není apriory odmítnuto - o všem se dá rozumě mluvit. Dalším pozitivem je vzdělaný kolektiv, na který je spolehnutí.

Férovost, důraz na kvalitu SW procesu, rodinná atmosféra, plochá organizační struktura, kolegové, kterých si vážím.

Systematičtější péče o zaměstnance, přítomnost architekta na začátku vývoje, více zakázek v .NETu.

Atmosfera ve firme je prijemna. Firma se nestydi za to, ze vydelava penize. Pracuji v oboru, ktery jsem vystudoval.

Rad bych mel vyssi plat a vice spolupracujici zakaniky.
