Prostředí, inteligentní a poctiví lidé, možnost pracovat s celými letadly a získávat další vědomosti a také přístup lidí k řešení jakéhokoli problému, který je konstruktivní, vše se řeší v klidu, bez negativních emocí, a řeší se to rychle a účinně, takže jsou všichni relativně spokojení. A také se mi líbí, že kolegové jsou letečtí modeláři a tři z nich dokonce piloti sportovních letadel, takže samí odvážní a vzdělaní jedinci.
Rozhodně bych více investoval do výstavby nového hangáru pro ,,těžkou údržbu" letadel tak, aby mohl pojmout i velké typy , jako Airbus A 330, A 340, A 380 nebo Boeing 747, 757, 767, 777 protože by to znamenalo více možností, více práce, větší zisky atd... Sice by narostly i náklady, ale bohatě by se to vracelo v podobě právě těch zisků a také vyšší stabilitě firmy. Také bych kontaktoval Boeing a přesvědčil jeho Vedení , že by bylo pro servis jeho letadel, a tedy i pro nás, dobré, zavést v ČR výrobu náhradních dílů min. pro typ 737 , což by byla další dobrá investice do budoucna. V souvislosti s tím i spolupráce s leteckým učilištěm, aby byl zajištěn dostatek zodpovědných odborníků.
