Mladý kolektiv chytrých lidí. Většina jsou senioři, odborníci v oboru. Skvělá pracovní atmosféra, žádné zbytečné tlaky.

Nemusím se bát cokoli říct. Perfektní propojení soukromého a pracovního života. Příležitost pro nápady a seberealizaci. Prostor pro rozvoj. Když se chce, dá se domluvit na čemkoli.
Protože firma rychle roste, je potřeba poladit firemní procesy.
Opportunity to learn new things
Optimio není firma, která učí úplné začátečníky. Pokud ale někdo má mírně pokročilé znalosti z oboru, díky seniorním kolegům se nováček velmi rychle posunuje ve svých schopnostech a dovednostech kupředu. Stejně tak jako má každý možnost testovat novinky, rozvíjet se ve vybrané oblasti ať už sám, nebo si vybere vhodnou konferenci, školení nebo workshop a firma mu umožní účast.
Meaningful work
Podnikání našich zákazníků bereme stejně vážně jako to vlastní. U každého klienta se snažíme pochopit jeho hlavní podnikatelský záměr, stejně tak jako jeho definici ideálního zákazníka a tyto dvě roviny se snažíme propojit k všestranné spokojenosti.

oceňuji flexibilní pracovní dobu a možnost home office Spousta členů týmu je velmi seniorní a dá se na ně spolehnout

Skloubení soukromého a pracovního života je pro mě velmi důležité už proto, že mám doma 2 malé děti, zde to jde skvěle. Férové jednání je zde na prvním místě a to se mi líbí už řadu let.
