Možnost home office, nápady na vylepšení práce jsou vítány, rozumná komunikace s nadřízenými, kteří se nepovyšují.

Možnost pracovat z domova. Flexibilní pracovní doba. Příjemná atmosféra a nápomocní kolegové. Vhodné i jako přivýdělek třeba na mateřské nebo pro studenty.
Určitě bych se nezlobila, kdyby se zvýšila výplata.

- flexibilný pracovný čas - kreatívna práca - voľnosť v práci (čo sa týka skúšania nových vecí v práci a pod.)
- chýbajúce stravné lístky - rovnaké platové ohodnotenie nových zamestnancov aj zamestnanancov, ktorí v Tipli už pracovali DPP a prešli na TPP

I really enjoy working here because of the flexible working hours, which allow me to complete my tasks at the time that suits me best. As long as the work is done, there’s no unnecessary interference, which I truly value. The manager is very fair, approachable, and friendly, always open to any questions I may have.
I am not happy with the salary, as I find it too low. I also don’t like the new bonus system, and I miss the fact that this year there were no company events that brought together employees from the area.
