Byla jsem spokojená se vším. Kolegové i nadřízení byli skvělí. Ráda jsem jezdila na školení.
Není nic, s čím bych na své pozici byla nespokojená.

Oceňuji přístup managerů a supervizorů ke svým podřízeným a vzájemný respekt mezi kolegy navzájem. Ve společnosti si všichni tykáme a nemáme problém za kýmkoliv kdykoliv přijít a požádat ho o radu. DHL Express investuje nemalé peníze do dalšího rozvoje svých zaměstnanců. Kdo chce, má velkou šanci se během relativně krátké doby vypracovat na vedoucí pozici. Každý rok probíhá navyšování mezd a revize benefitů. Společnost se snaží přizpůsobit moderním trendům a více využívat/nabízet flexibilnější úvazky či pracovní dobu.
