Stabilita a jistota v zavedené firmě, možnost pracovat v různých směnách, práce vhodná pro nezkušené, dobré platové ohodnocení.
Žádné benefity, kromě povinných (jídlo, pití). Jednání nadřízených. Nerozvíjení firmy směrem k větší spokojenosti zákazníků a zaměstnanců. Práce v logistice není vhodná pro ženy a pro starší osoby. Je nutná psychická odolnost především ve vánoční sezoně. Kariérní postup je velmi nepravděpodobný.
