Pružná pracovní doba, možnost seberealizace, dog friendly office, káva zdarma.
Falešný kolektiv, špatná atmosféra, nefunkční HR oddělení, hodnoty Grizly vůbec nekorespondují s realitou, chaos v plánování a v řešení problémů.

Náplň práce, kolektiv, možnost seberealizace.
Jobs fit for working parents
Ve firmě je plovoucí pracovní doba, takže není problém vyprovodit děti do školy, vyzvednout je nebo vozit na kroužky. Firma také pořádá akci nejen pro zaměstnance se zaměřením na rodiny s dětmi. Zároveň vychází vstříc v případě jakýchkoliv komplikací v rodině, kdy je nutné zůstat neplánovaně doma.

Možnost seberealizace, samospráva a plánování vlastního času a aktivit. Ne direktivní styl řízení.
Někdy chybí zažité postupy a jednotný styl řešení problémů i standartních situací.
