Tvrdi, ze jsou zajimave benefity, ale perso lze. Odmeny lidi skoro nevidi, ikdyz delaji nad ramec sve prace.

Jobs fit for working parents

Musite si nejdriv pisemne na PERS zajistit, ze bude tolerovana uprava pravovni doby a vyuzivani home office. Take zalezi na kterem odboru clovek nastoupi. Je nutne se ptat i primo budoucich kolegu, jak to ve skutecnosti funguje.
