Mám možnost rozvoje a vzdělání a to i individuálně. Mám možnost skloubit pracovní a rodinný život - možnost práce z domova, zkrácený úvazek, rozvrhnout si práci do dne podle potřeby. Mám možnost podávat podněty ke zlepšení - v pracovních činnostech i v oblasti benefitů.

časová flexibilita benefity dobrá domluva s nadřízeným dobré jméno firmy, tradice
všechno může být vždy ještě lepší, pořád je co zlepšovat

respektuje soukromý život
Lepší osobní ohodnocení zaměstnanců, např, ten kdo pracuje méně a hůř by neměl být ohodnocen stejně jako pracovník, který pracuje dobře, rychle a kvalitně. Bylo by skvělé mít motivační program.
Varied work
Tím se má to, že neděláte jako cvičená opice jednu věc dokolečka. Stále jsou možnosti co se nového naučit ;-)

Férová a slušná firma, která se poctivě chová ke svým agenturním i kmenovým zaměstnancům. V rámci interních zaměstnanců panuje mezi sebou dobrá spolupráce a lidskost.
