complexity of investment applications, the mathematical and financial aspect involved Barclays pays well relatively not that busy job
British ossified structure People often look for problems, why something doesn't work, rather than solutions my superiors saw me as a human resource rather than a person not the latest technologies

je zde moznost jiste casove flexibility podle potreby prace v mezinarodnim prostredi velke banky pravidla jsou dana a platna, nejsou to jen pokusy nebo slepe vykriky ci pokusy o pravidlo aby pravidlo bylo nove rekonstruovane kancelare velmi dobre ohodnoceni
jedna se o korporaci a ma korporatni pravidla (to neni uplne minus ale je nutne to uvest pro lidi, kteri to neznaji a tak by je to mohlo prekvapit) po zauceni se vetsinu casujedna o celkem ruttijni praci cast zamestnancu pochazi z rusky mluvicich zemi (nekomu to muze vadit)

dobré kafe, plně vybavená kuchyň s relaxační místností zajímavé projekty
méně kvalitní managment zaměstnance zatahují do vlastních afér pozor Barclays CZ není Barclays UK

Firma má zájem vychovávat si zaměstnance od plenek. Společně se slabším managmentem a nedostatkem mentorů tak dává příležitost k vlastní realizaci i čerstvým absolventům.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Firma hledá uplatnění pro uchazeče z rusky mluvících zemí mimo EU, v ČR převážně pro studenty nebo čerstvé absolventy. Uplatnění pro skutečně zkušené reálně funguje až v Barclays UK. Barclays CZ o skutečně dlouhodobé úvazky moc nejeví zájem.
