Malá ochota VD udělat něco navíc.
Meaningful work
Stabilní výrobní program co do potřebnosti pro trh. Velký podíl ruční práce při výrobě. Vysoce sofistikované know how pracovníků
Non-stressful work
Nemyslím si, že práce ve firmě MEDIN a.s. je úplně klidná. Vše je podřízeno plnému uspokojení potřeb zákazníka. Vyráběný sortiment je velmi potřebný pro pacienty v nemocnicích.
