Skvělá pracovní doba pro matky s malými dětmi. Já byla spokojená, veliká škoda, že Hrušovaský cukrovar zavřeli.
Nespokojeni přímo ne, jen mohlo být v jídelně na výběr z více jídel. Měli jsme jen jedno.

Cukrovar funguje "kampaňově" - v období cca září - leden, únor je hlavní nápor na zpracování sklizené cukrové řepy = nepřetržitý směnný provoz

Jistota pracovní pozice. Bonusy. Slušné jednání vedoucích.
Vyčistit všechny přístupové cesty . Odstranit prašnost v provozu.

podařilo se mi vytvořit ostrůvek normálních lidí..
Nekorektní jednání. Není praktická vize jak dál, toto se v plní míře zrcadlí i nerozhodnosti a přístupu vlastníka.
