Hodně jsem se toho naučila, jelikož zamestnavatel šetřil, kde se dalo, museli jsme zvládat vše okolo prodejny, včetně administrativní práce, atd.
Neférový přístup vedení, vypočítavé, čím déle jsem tam pracovala, tím více si vedení dovolilo a méně platili. Proto také obrovská fluktuace. Zvláštní systém vyplacení peněz, nechápu, jak jsem ten teror mohla tak dlouho vydržet.

Líbí se mi sortiment a celková politika firmy Sklizeno. Nebyla jsem vsak přímým zaměstnancem Sklizeno, ale soukromé osoby, která si zakoupila pouze franšízu s vidinou jednoducheho podnikani. Obchod se bohužel časem podobal spíše smíšenému zboží,kde byla důležitější kvantita nez kvalita a dlouho se neudržel.

Benefity žádné, neustále podrazy na zaměstnance,když už se zaměstnanec nehodí zařídí se aby odešel sam nebo již nadále nepracuje.

Obecně kolektiv
Někdo kdo nemá zkušenosti práce za kasou, neustále vymýšlel novinky na zlepšení. A takové novinky nám naopak práci znepříjemňovali a zhoršovali. Bohužel naše stížnosti většinou nikdo nevyslyšel
