Myslím, že je ve firmě hodně prostoru kam se posouvat, HR oddělení velmi podporuje interní rotace. Máme celou řadu benefitů, u některých si myslím, že jsou důvodem, proč lidi ve firmě stále zůstávají.

Obecně ve firmě vnímám velký tlak na výkon, práce bývá často velmi stresující. Hodně kolegů má pocit, že jsou přetížení. Přesto, že se ve firmě hodně mluví o tom, že se toto bude řešit, tak reálně se to příliš řešit nedaří.

Práce na zajímavém projektu a spolupráce se zahraničním dodavatelem.

Plánování práce.Jisté věci šlo naplánovat dopředu a ne na ně narazit uprostřed projektu a nepočítat s nima.
