1. velkolepé vize vedení o tom jak by vše mělo fungovat 2. špatné nástroje pro kvalitní odvedení práce 3. dlouhodobý podstav pracovníků jež není dlouhodobě řešen - podán inzerát a tím to hasne 4. nedostatečné benefity jež nepřitáhnou nové a kvalitní pracovníky 5. požadavek vedení na nastavení pravidel, jež při první situaci požadují výjimečně porušit a u dalšího případu opětovně porušit atd. 6. nejasné kompetence a povinnosti jednotlivých pracovníků .......
kolektiv se umí semknout, bohužel podmínky nejsou dostatečné a tak vznikají třecí plochy kde by vůbec nemuseli existovat a to rozdírá kolektiv. Jinak kolektiv je velmi přátelský

žádný dresscode, možná komunikace s vedením / majitelem stejně jako mezi zaměstnanci různých oddělení, žádný korporát svázaný všemožnými pravidly o tom co se musí jak dělat

Výplata vždy včas na účtě, do kovidoveho šílenství super pak to šlo stále dolů více práce více nároků, ale peníze ne. Neoceňují co člověk umí, ale jestli kouří!
Většina kolegů super ,výplata včas bez problémů jít k lékaři
