Jedná se o to, že práce je každý den jiná, není monotónní.
Meaningful work
Společnost SITEL nabízí práci lidem, kteří se chtějí realizovat. Vedení společnosti drží slovo. Firma rozhodně není vhodná pro ty, kteří se chtějí schovávat za práci jiných , ale pokud jsi férový člověk a máš zájem o rozvoj svůj i firmy, pak jsi ten vhodný.

vedení drží dohody možnost práce z domova možnost bezproblémového parkování
děsná byrokracie spousta rádoby benefitu, ale málo využitelných nejasné odměňování

- skvělý kolektiv - většina věcí se dá domluvit, vedení i nadřízení vychází vstříc - výplata chodí pravidelně
Mohlo by být více firemních benefitů.
Jobs for people aged 50+
Ve firmě jsou pozice vhodné pro všechny věkové kategorie. Najdou tady uplatnění jak absolventi, tak lidé 50+. U nás na věku nezáleží :-) Záleží na lidech, jak jsou spolehliví a jestli chtějí pracovat v tomto oboru.
Opportunity to learn new things
Jedná o firmu telekomunikační, tento obor není úplně běžný, proto se lidé školí v tomto oboru. Na druhou stranu telekomunikační a optické sítě jdou pořád rychle dopředu, tak i lidé se v tomto oboru mohou stále vzdělávat. Ale samozřejmě záleží i na konkrétní pozici.
