Na jedné směně jsou 2 osoby. Na této směně je potřeba obsloužit zákazníky u pokladny, zákazníky v bistru, zákazníky u myčky, mezi tím chodit kontrolovat a umývat wc. Když přijde zboží, je potřeba ho přebrat a vyskládat do regálů a v chlaďáku, péct koláče a na noční se dělají navíc bagety a další úkoly dané zaměstnavatelem. A samozřejmě se musí umývat nádobí, podlaha a refíže venku, hlavně v létě, kdy je tam hromada mrtvých much.
