Volná pracovní doba, bez nějakých větších přesčasů. Možnost, odejít kdykoliv k lékaři bez zásahu např. do prémií apod.
Celkové řízení firmy, žádná motivace, téměř žádné bonusy, stále stejný plat bez reakce na inflaci.

Každý říká že tu práci musíte dělat jinak podle něj a tak to říkají všichni. Musíte se rozhodnout jestli je vada ještě dobrá nebo ne a když se spletete v obou případech tak si musíte práci předělávat zadarmo po pracovní době a když to neuděláte stejnou vám penize

Výroba optických čoček do světlometů má technologický postup,který se nesmí obcházet proto řád a pravidla.Technická kontrola vyrobených čoček má také technologický postup a potřebuje i logické myšlení .Lajdáctví není na místě.Je to zodpovědná práce .
