Pro mě je důležitý kolektiv. Super parta lidí o tom se tady nedá pochybovat. Co se týče vedení tak je vždy na všem domluva , jme tu prostě lidi a dokážeme se s všema na všem domluvit.

možnost si dobře vydělat + 13. a 14. plat, možnost home office
ne vše co se řekne platí - "co není psáno, neplatí", častá demotivace při živení vlastním výkonem "parťáka" na týmu, který to má na háku
