Flexibilní pracovní doba, vzdělávání a rostoucí benefity. Osobní přístup k člověku a jeho situaci, možnost domluvy při potřebě (v rozumné míře) něco zařídit, odejít dříve. Ale to se liší nadřízený od nadřízeného.
Ohodnocování skutečně podle výkonu (nad rámec povinností), komunikaci mezi jednotlivými zaměstnanci i mezi vedením a zaměstnanci. Někdy srozumitelnost požadavků či zpráv.

Ferovost, dobre moznosti rozvoje, snaha pecovat o zamestnance
