Stále se učím něco nového, práce je zajímavá, velmi mě baví a hlavně - je rozmanitá, není rutinní. Perfektní vztahy co se týče kolegů, těžko se dá spolehnout jen na brigádníky, kteří bohužel musí občas ale zastat práci zaměstnanců na HPP. Myslím, že firma má velký potenciál do budoucna.
Spousta práce, kterou by měli dělat zaměstnanci na plný úvazek zaujímají brigádníci, na které se nedá spolehnout, práci neberou vážně a firma je bohužel nikterak nepenalizuje, takže nemají motivaci plnit své povinnosti. Často jsou pak zakázky ve velkém skluzu. - malé benefity (4 týdny dovolené, uvítali bychom např. stravenky nebo alespoň příspěvek na stravování - na druhou stranu máme velice levnou kávu za 3,- Kč :).

možnost přímé komunikace s vedením firmy, příjemná pracovní atmosféra, vstřícnost k jakýmkoliv návrhům spojených s prací
změnit odměňovací systém - odměnit za dobře provedenou práci a neodměnit za nedokonale odvedenou práci
