Chování nadřízených je dost ubohé . Velké změny u mistrů. Sesadili nebo vyhodili lidi co rozumí slévárně a dosadili jsi kamarády co absolutně nemají páru o výrobě , podrazáci, neinformují své podřízené. Vysedávájí v kanclu

špatné zacházení s lidmi po personální stránce, stálé snižování lidí a práce zůstavala
