Nové benefity, které jsou již jinde jako standard, popř. zlepšit ty stávající. Sick day, vyšší příspěvek na dopravu, na sportovní a kulturní vyžití (roční příspěvek do Cafeterie), 5 dní dovolené automaticky, nákup šeků Holliday a Multi bez omezení 20 tis. hranice, další/jiný příspěvek za přesčasy (jinde x-set Kč za ochotu přesčasy vykonávat, klidně ve formě bodů do Cafeterie), příspěvek za "nemarodění" (v jiných firmách bez problému 1000,-Kč/měsíc, popř. 3000,-Kč - 5000,-Kč za tři měsíce - zaměstnanec může navštívit lékaře třeba max 2x za měsíc). V ostatních mají i prémie - např. 15% z hrubé mzdy (a ano, mají i 13. a 14. plat). Zohlednění polyvalence (matrix), kdy je zaměstnanci odváděna částka dle získané kvalifikace (dle vlastních zkušeností i 2500,-Kč/měsíc k zákl. hrubé mzdě).

oproti jiným firmám je zde každičký zaměstnanec brán především jako člověk, to znamená s respektem a váhou bez ohledu na jeho pozici ve firmě

-home office -working hour flexibility -relax atmosphere
-more team building actions -more business trips ( employees needs to build the relations with people in the countries ) -more interaction with the visitors & employees ( perhaps some organized dinning together should be organized )
