Zlepšení průběh nástupu a celkové dokumentace. Mají co dělat na zlepšení přístupu k zaměstnanci. Velká nespokojenost se směnami a s podmínkami, za kterých jsme museli vykonávat práci. Připravili mne o místo i objekt který nebyli schopni převzí. Takovou neprofesionalitu jsem ještě nezažil. Chtěli platit lidem pokud možno co nejméně. Nejhorší firma a jednání jaké jsem zažil. Absolutní diletanti. Nebyli schopni dodat ani objektové knihy, výstroj atd. Naprosté zoufalství.

Práce mne prostě moc bavila. Práce s lidmi je vždy hezká pokud se dělá poctivě, slušně a s úctou. Bohužel toto jednání tady nehledejte. Je to vážně velká škoda
Maximální využívání lidí v jakém koly směru ale i pozici, pro jejich vlastní prospěch. Mám na mysli vedení společnosti.
