Nadřízení neslyší na řešení problémů, mají svoji pravdu, nedokážou říct do očí věci na rovinu. Pravá ruka neví co dělá levá. Nestabilní práce, firma nedokáže zajistit zakázky, prodlužuje smlouvy na 3 měsíce, propouští, potom hledají lidi.
Spokojenost se zajištěním obědů, přídělem vitamínů pro pracovníky.
