Opportunities for career advancement
Metaz Týnec nutně potřebuje lidi ,kteří mají tzv drive =(tah na bránu),Společnost masivně investuje do zařízení a nových technologii a tak potřebuje pracovníky ,kteří mají rádi výzvy a jsou ochotni poskytnout občas i svůj volný čas (ne nutně). Nicméně v případě inovátorského myšlení je postup zajištěn.Moje vlastní zkušenost .
