Práce v místě bydliště, dobře autobusové spojení, vyhovující pracovní doba.
Arogance vedoucích, nekomunikace, nemožnost zvýšení platu. Pracovní poměr na dobu určitou.

Vstřícnost a ochota
Špatná funkce firmy
Flexible working hours
Kvůli zakázkam firmy se směny mění dle dané situace, jednou jich má firma mnoho a druhý měsíc nemá skoro nic, zajisté je to taky o přístupu zaměstnanců jak se staví k práci.
