Dobré benefity, 13. plat, pružná pracovní doba, dobrý kolektiv, volnější pracovní režim, kreativní práce
lepší řízení managementu, větší starost o své dlouhodobé pracovníky, lepší motivace pro operátory

Přemýšlím čím jsem byla nejvíce spokojená a to byl výběr směn buď jen na noční , nebo na ranní a odpolední .
Určitě to není pro mladší generace. Víc než polovina zaměstnanců tvoří lidé nad 40+ . Kolikrát to jednání od kolegů nebylo tak jak mělo.
