přátelská atmosféra možnost seberealizace žádný nápad není blbý bez zbytečných korporátních procesů

Protože v Ecomailu pracují mladí lidé věkem nebo/i duchem ;). Každopádně bych rád doplnil mladí a nadaní! Zároveň se zde věk většinou pohybuje mezi 20 a 30 roky, což je věkově a zájmově velmi homogenní skupina = tým mladých lidí.

Pracovní zkušenost se určitě vždy hodí do každého zaměstnání, ale pokud je někdo talentovaný bez velkých pracovních zkušeností a třeba i mimo obor e-mail marketing, Ecomail má zavedený učební/studijní onoboarding pro nové zaměstnance, kde se vše potřebné naučí.
