Pracuji tam třetí rok a zatím jsem se nesetkala s tím, že by mi vedení odmítlo naslouchat, nebo že bych jakým koli způsobem pocítila výtku vůci mé dlouhé absenci kvůli nemoci. Klima je bezvadné. Pak člověk ani nemá potřebu nic tajit, nebo obcházet, nebo jakkoli se vymlouvat a pokud dojede k nějakému "průseru", jdete prostě na rovinu a bez obav....Můžu si vzít dítě do práce, pokud je to nevyhnutelné, prostě jak říkám...pracovní klima je perfektní.
