Na MČ Praha 6 jsem nastoupila, když šli děti do 1.třídy a rozhodně to bylo dobré rozhodnutí. Ať už to bylo nastavení pracovní doby, možnost bez problémů čerpat OČR a doma se věnovat opravdu jen dětem a péči o děti dělit napůl s prací na home office, zároveň i to, že domů člověk většinou odchází s tzv. čistou hlavou.
Práce ve státní správě je zkrátka taková záruka stability a jistotu pravidelných příjmů a dalšími benefity nejen ve formě odměn a pravidelného zvyšování platů.
